Freezer Organization

May 7, 2019

Keep your freezer organized!  How many times do you find something that has been in there for years? I have sticky's on the front of mine--one set is for ready-to-eat leftovers (frozen in one-portion servings), the other is for frozen ingredients, such as spaghetti sauce, stew meat.  If you have teenagers in the house, they usually like to eat another meal about 10pm--they can choose what to heat up from the stickys, then throw the sticky away.  No more staring in the freezer with the door open, wondering what is in there. And remember to label EVERYTHING! I always think, “I’ll remember what that is” . . . then 2 months or 6 months pass, and I have NO IDEA what is in that container. A few seconds of time well spent!
